Il Secondo Giorno
Oggi ho preso un esame orale per vedere quale classe prendere. Sono in corso avanzato! Sono felice perché ero molto nervoso per l'esame! Nelle fine dal questo giorno, il mio telefonino registrato 10,643 passi quando uso in mia tasca!
Today I took an oral test to see which class to take. I am in the advanced class! I am happy because I was really nervous for the test! At the end of this day, my phone recorded 10,643 steps, just while it was in my pocket!
Nello secondo giorno di classe, Giuliana (la nostra professoressa e guida fantastica) ci ha preso a Pizzicheria De Miccoli. Lei conosca il padrone del shop, chiama Antonio. Lui è molto simpatico! Raccomando andare a qui se si è in Siena!! Anche Rick Steves è venuto quando eravamo lì! Non ho una pittura adesso, ma posterò un foto più tardi.
In the second day of class, Giuliana (our fantastic faculty advisor) took us to the Pizzicheria De Miccoli. She knows the owner of the shop, named Antonio. He is so nice and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling near Siena!! Also, Rick Steves came in while we were there! I don't have a picture now, but I will post one later.
Antonio ha preparato il questo cibo per noi con il prosciutto crudo, le salame, i pani, alcuno formaggio, la tartufo, e spalmare. Tutto il cibo era molto squisito!! Per il dolce abbiamo avuto panforte e cioccolata lui ha fatto a mano!
Antonio prepared this food for us with prosciutto, salami/sausages, breads, a few types of cheese, Italian truffles (which are very expensive), and sauces/spreads. All the food was so delicious! For dessert we also had panforte, which is a soft Italian cookie, with pumpkin jam, and his own homemade chocolate!

I had salami and meat hanging above my head... But I just tried not to look up and ignore the smell to enjoy the food!

Siena è diviso in 17 contrade nella città. La mia scuola, chiama La Società di Dante Alighieri, è in la contrada della tartuca (tartaruga).
Siena is divided into 17 contrade in the city. My school, called La Società di Dante Alighieri, is in the contrade of the turtle.
